The data we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, company, email address and whatever you write about what you're trying to solve.

When you book a discovery call: the booking is made through Google Calendar, which collects your name, email address and the time you choose.
When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use these only to run and secure the site.
We don't ask for special category data (such as health information), and we ask you not to include it in your message.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any follow-up you ask for. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, because you contacted us and expect a reply.
- To take steps towards working together, such as preparing a proposal. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

- To send occasional relevant updates about our services to business contacts. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can also opt out by emailing us.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We use trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
- Google provides the calendar used for booking discovery calls.
- Our email and customer relationship management (CRM) providers store enquiries and our correspondence with you.
We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some of these suppliers store or access data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically six years after the engagement ends. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, in line with its own retention policy.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
